So what's the deal with this design your own t-shirt thing?
Have some fun and add text to create your own Big Brother T-shirt. You can change the colour, font and size and add to various positions on the T-shirt. We meticulously cut and lovingly add your text to each t-shirt design seen here. We will create it for you and post it, too, and provide impossibly good customer support.
How does it work?
Select your product, click on the Text tab, type in your own text. Click on Update. Then single click so that the text appears underneath the T-shirt. You can then re-size your image by holding down the shift button. Then drag your text to place on the product. Once you are happy click on the order tab to buy your own T-shirt.
How do they fare in the wash?
As a consequence of this method of printing, they do not suffer from a faded print after a few spins in the machine. Always follow the instructions for washing though, of course.
How does the pricing work?
The price changes according to the amount of text you put on the shirt
When I try to add items to my basket they always disappear?
This is a known problem releated to cookies - most browsers have cookies enabled. Please check to see if your cookies are enabled..
How can I know which size to choose?
Unisex:
Small = 36" chest
Medium = 38"-40" chest
Large = 42 "-44" chest
XL = 44"-46" chest
Girls:
All girls fitted shirts are approximately
girls UK size: S = 6-8 M = 8-10 L = 10-12

Standard Delivery will be sent to you before 20 days, although most deliveries will be within 3-5 days

How do I return or exchange an item?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. Some products, if opened, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Please note:
* The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
* The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
Please complete the form on the back of your invoice and send both the invoice and parcel to:

Faulty Item
If the item you received is faulty, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
